Shipping methods
All products are carefully packed and shipped with tracking and insurance. direect insures each watch for its full value and ships it with a tracking number. You can check the current status of your order at any time from your direect account. direect shipments are entrusted to only the best couriers, including DHL, DPD and UPS, leaders in air express shipments. Standard shipping is calculated on the checkout page according to postcode and country. We ship to EU countries US CANADA AND UK. Shipping charges include duties and customs fees for shipments to all EU member states as well as the United Kingdom, United States of America Canada. 

 
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary for each individual product and can be seen in the product sheet where available and checkout page, in the order confirmation email and also in your reserved area in the "Orders" section after placing your order. In general, average delivery times vary depending on the destination and product selected. Before the order is placed, the final delivery date will be displayed, estimated based on the destination address entered at checkout. 

Shipping status
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation from direect and the courier who took delivery of the shipment. The email contains a link that can be used to independently check the status of the shipment. In the reserved area, it is also possible to check the status of the order and track the shipment at any time by clicking on the "SHIPMENT STATUS" button.

The shipment can also be tracked directly from the courier's website through the email they send to the email address provided when the order was placed. Most of our orders arrive on time. However, there may be delays in delivery due to events not directly attributable to direect or the courier (e.g. bad weather, inspections by the authorities).

If your order has not yet arrived, we recommend that you check the emails sent to you by direect. If you have received a tracking email, you can contact the customer service of the courier who took your parcel directly.

If you placed the order with a registered account, the shipping details will be displayed in the shipping confirmation and in the order details of your personal account. If, on the other hand, the order has not yet left direect logistics by the scheduled date, you should contact direect customer service.
